An electric vehicle (EV) is a vehicle that uses one or more electric motors or traction motors for propulsion. EVs first came into existence in the mid-19th century, when electricity was among the preferred methods for motor vehicle propulsion. Еlectric cars are a very profitable mode of transport in itself but not very affordable for everyone. Electric cars they do not harm the ecological nature. Due to the limitations of storage batteries at that time, electric cars did not gain much popularity, however electric trains gained immense popularity due to their economies and fast speeds achievable.

An electric vehicle is a vehicle that uses electric energy as a driving force. Compared to vehicles with an internal combustion engine, an electric vehicle has advantages in the form of environmental friendliness and higher performance. The history of the first electric vehicles appeared with the first half of the XIX century. But they didn’t gain much popularity at that time. This is due to the fact that there wasn’t enough electricity for a long trip and the mass production of gasoline-powered vehicles reduced significantly the cost of gasoline cars as compared to electric cars. Nowadays, electric public transport, electric scooters, gyro scooters, electric quad bikes are widely used. All this indicates the widespread use of electricity for movement. However, electric cars are still quite rare. I believe that electric cars will replace gasoline cars. Their use will be more environmentally friendly, because gasoline cars pollute the air, affect global warming and have a bad effect on human health.

After reading the text about electric vehicle, I learned a lot of interesting things about it. Did you know that electric vehicle first appeared in the mid-19th century, when electricity was one of the preferred methods of driving a vehicle? But now for almost 100 years, modern internal combustion engines have been the dominant engine for automobiles. The history of electric vehicle is long. You can't say that EVs was invented by one person. They were created and invented gradually, each adding something new and so it improved. For example, the Hungarian priest Anos Jedlik built the first crude but viable electric motor equipped with a stator. And the American blacksmith and inventor Thomas Davenport built a toy electric locomotive driven by a primitive electric motor. This is how cars, trams, and trains were created in small steps, and thanks to them, we now move quickly, conveniently and comfortably

Yes, I believe one day gasoline will be converted to electric cars, because gasoline runs out of the earth's cores. You can certainly switch to gas, but nothing lasts forever, and electricity can be produced
