In principle, the problem of cultural differences can be overcome by any education: distance and non-distance, the main thing is that several generations of different cultures study according to a single curriculum, preferably in a single language. However, this will not be a solution to the problem, because in this way we will replace one culture with another.
3. I believe that motivation depends on the need for education. If a person really needs education, he will be highly motivated. As for time management, online learning is convenient because you can be anywhere and study. If you really want to learn, then you need to prioritize classes.
